Vitali Dgorov, 33, actor from Bulgaria’s Capital city Sofia, couldn’t understand what was going on when last week he was intercepted by the police during the shooting of a local Vodka commercial video.

In the plot, his role was a thief robbing a casino. As in a James Bond movie, the scene was filled with glamor. An exclusive casino, fancy people, expensive cars, and a thief escaping with a bag full of money. Most of the action happened indoors in the casino, but last scene was shot outdoors, in the street near the entrance of the casino, surrounded by dozens of curious people trying to enjoy the action of a professional shooting and who knows, maybe see some famous people.

The scene was supposed to be an easy one…Vitali running away, escaping with a bag full of money after robbing the casino. Everything was going perfectly, until 2 cops intercepted the fugitive and arrested him. Then is when all the confusion started. The actor was at first surprised, but later thought it was part of the plot, and went along with the cops. The crowd started clapping, thinking this was the end of the scene. But the director and producer understood that something didn’t go as planned, and started running towards the two cops to clarify the situation.

Luckily, the cops easily understood the misunderstanding, and explained that they were not notified about the shooting, and when they saw a big crowd on the streets, they just approached the place to check what was going on. Then they saw a person running away from a casino with a bag, and they obviously thought it was a robbery. In the end, it all turned to be a funny story, and the cops asked to see the whole sequence on video, since they said they never had the chance to take part in any big production.
